What do I do if a package is delayed or lost?
Not to worry; most often, delays in transit are resolved within a few days. If you have not received your package within 5 days of shipment, please give us a call at +1 403 668 8648 or email email@example.com.
We insure all shipments, so you are covered in the unlikely event that your package is lost. When a package is deemed lost, we will issue a refund or reship the order.
